Lunch Lady Brownies

INGREDIENTS

BROWNIES

4 eggs
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar




ICING

3 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk



DIRECTIONS
Brownies

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a massive blending bowl, whisk collectively the melted butter and cocoa powder.
Step 2
Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla, and stir to mix.
Step three
Mix in the eggs, one by one.
Step 4
Stir in the flour, then spread the batter right into a greased 13"9" pan.
Bake on the middle rack for 20 mins to until toothpick inserted into the middle of the cakes comes out ordinarily smooth with fudge crumbs. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before including the icing.
Icing
Step 5
Add the butter, milk, and cocoa to a medium saucepan over medium low warmness, whisking until melted and clean.
Step 6
Whisk in powdered sugar and produce to a boil, stirring regularly. Boil for two minutes, then take away from warmness and evenly pour over tarts. Allow the icing to set up before serving.
Store protected at room temperature.
