Easy Crepes
3 eggs
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons butter for cooking
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, stir together flour and salt. Add in eggs and whisk to mix.
Slowly pour in milk, whisking until you've got a clean, pourable batter.
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium warmth. Let half tablespoon of butter melt inside the pan.
Pour a touch of the crepe batter inside the pan and swirl it round to cover the lowest of the pan. Let cook dinner about 1 minute, until floor loses its shine. Flip carefully.
Repeat till all batter has been used, melting another half tablespoon of butter for each. This recipe makes approximately five massive 10-inch crepes, or 10 small crepes.
