Creamy Chicken Pasta


Ingredients
For cooking chicken:

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (halved horizontally and paper towel dried)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon black pepper



Pasta:
4 garlic cloves minced
12 oz of spaghetti
White Wine Parmesan Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt more to taste
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 small yellow onion (or use 1/2 onion) chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup heavy cream
2 scallions chopped
1 cup white wine
½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
2 small tomatoes diced




Instructions

PREPARING CHICKEN BREASTS: Make sure to reduce chicken breasts horizontally to cause them to skinny. Paper towel dry the hen.
In a big bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combo. Using a fork or tongs, coat the chook breasts in the flour combination by means of pressing into the aggregate with tongs after which flipping the bird over to coat the alternative facet. Set aside.
COOKING CHICKEN BREASTS: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a big skillet over medium-excessive heat. COOKING PASTA consistent with your bundle commands in salty water. I like pasta that is neither too tough nor too tender, so I usually prepare dinner it Al Dente. Drain, however do not rinse.
FINAL ASSEMBLY: Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and stir to combine on low heat for 2-4 mins. Taste and add salt, if wished. Return hen to skillet on top of the pasta and permit it to warm up for a further 5 mins.
SERVE hen both on pinnacle or subsequent to pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if preferred.
